SkateIA Skate Park Instructor Certification In-Person
In person certifications occur in North America, South America, and Europe. They are two and a half days: a 2 hour Zoom session on theory followed by two full days (9am to 5pm) of in-person, on skates training and testing.
Candidates that are already SkateIA instructors (e.g. Level 1) with an active membership receive a $70 discount off the full price cert. Please contact us for a discount code.

The Skate Park Certification is for inline and quad skaters looking to teach aggressive skating moves in the context of a skate park, though SkateIA’s proven teaching model. This comprehensive program not only gives you the skills to break down any skate park move in easy to learn steps, it also includes training to help students navigate skate parks safely and provide help them learn with confidence regardless of level. You should be well versed in the ramps, and while we recommend that you take the Level 1 Certification first, it is not required.
