I am a Certified Skate / Rollerblading Instructor in Atlanta. I started skating when I was eight years old and picked it back up when I was 25 years old.
I desire to bring other people wellness and health in teaching others the basics of skating.
Rollerblading is an excellent source of aerobic exercise that is high-intensity for burning calories and building endurance.
Once you learn how to skate, you will experience how it betters the mind, body, and fuels the spirit, because it's fun and exhilarating.
Meditation is the art of breathing. We will use the power of breath and movement of the body to synchronize and flow together.
Always wanted to skate, or haven't done it in a while? Let's start slow and build up. If you're experienced, let's find new skills to explore on wheels.
With a simple approach to guide you along your skating journey with beginner and advanced lessons, you'll get the coaching you need.
