Level 1 Certification Registration

Please click on the link below and fill out the form. After you have submitted the form, proceed to the PayPal link to pay. Membership is $50 for all candidates and the cert is $250 in all cities except Seattle which is $200.  Once you are registered and paid in full, you will receive your manual & Associate Membership Card.
